Legends Toy Mold Degradation

This has been brought up a few times in the discord but nothing has come of it so I am bringing it here to see if anyone has a say on the matter. I, alongside a few others, believe that Big Blue Convoy's Legends toy suffers from minor mold degradation. I have four uses of the mold, including Timelines Ultra Mammoth, and only Blue seems to have the issues I have come across. Said issues include one of the missile launcher panels not lining up like it should, generally loose ball joints, and the panels that hold his tonfas refusing to stay in place and always opening up when I have his arms straight forward. I would also like to know if anyone has noticed similar issues on the Encore releases, as I only have the original release, Nemesis Prime, and Ultra Mammoth alongside Blue.
