Summary

[edit]

"Hiding in a desk drawer, Aron shows the Decepticons to his parents." Could someone with the episode available to check please fix this sentence? I'm pretty sure Aron wasn't hiding in a desk drawer. Was he hiding the Decepticons in there?

Also, has the spelling of Aron's name been confirmed from the episode script?--Apcog 16:28, 14 December 2007 (UTC)

Animation errors

[edit]
  • When Megatron grouses about losing his energon cubes, there's no background behind him. Anybody know if this was an original error or something introduced in the Rhino DVD set?
  • What does Soundwave say as they escape the lab? It sounds like "Too late!" (actually it sounds like "Towel light!" but I have a sneaking suspicion that ain't it.)
  • Is Aaron's disappearing act when he pulls the energon cubes out another Rhino artifact?
  • Likewise for the layering screwups as the Autobots board the rocket. Rhino or original?
  • Also likewise for all the Starscream-colored-like-Skywarp stuff - Rhino or original?

I'm thinking we should put Rhino errors in italics, or their own subsection. -- Repowers 21:50, 14 August 2009 (EDT)

It sounds like "Too late!" to me (he's responding to Aron saying that they have to hurry before someone finds them).
I'm currently puzzling over the scene where Chip says he has no idea where Optimus' party has gone - at the same time he says that, Teletraan zooms in on a planet which is implied to be Aron's world, suggesting that Chip actually has pinned down their destination. Text on the screen when it's zoomed in says "P.L. No. 4784" and "73-M", suggesting some sort of designation (or possibly just random text, since when zooming in, it's also labeled at various points as "THE THING" and "MT. ILM"). --abates 02:32, 22 August 2009 (EDT)

"Alien scientist"

[edit]

Japanese Wikipedia says there's a character voiced by Jack Angel in this episode. Is "alien scientist" the character's designation in the script? —Interrobang 00:55, 17 April 2012 (EDT)

Continuity "Oddity"

[edit]

Cuz I'm really not a fan of calling every slight, perceived oddity an "error".... This line: "Awful convenient that the Transformers landed on a distant alien planet where the locals speak English. There's not the slightest attempt to explain how the two races can instantly communicate." I feel there should be at least an indication that this boat really sailed a long, long time ago: after all, in the very first episode, the Transformers landed on a distant alien planet where the locals speak English. --JoseBxR (talk) 12:12, 16 April 2023 (EDT)
