Talk:Combaticon Warrior
Typo'd while trying to move page (Cat attacked me). Should be merged with Onslaught (ROTF); The Combaticon drones all named in the XBox 360's concept art unlockables. ShinRa Actual 02:03, 29 June 2009 (EDT)
- Well, since there's already an Onslaught (ROTF) page (because putting the Universe toys in a new box apparently requires its own page), you can just add the videogame info to that and make this a redirect. --Buttbutt 02:07, 29 June 2009 (EDT)
- I find it amusing that evidently none of our regular contributors are gamers (I dropped out of consoles after the PS2), so our game character and ROTF game articles are a bit half-arse at the moment. --FFN 04:42, 29 June 2009 (EDT)
What overrides what?
[edit]Are we sure that we don't want to move these?
These "warrior" pages are already a mess, because "Constyructicon Scout" isn't a generic-- it's Scrapper. (Admittedly, there are 3 Scrappers in the movie...)
I can't wrap my head around the right course for this, I'm just opening discussion. -Derik 02:36, 29 June 2009 (EDT)
- As far as I know, the two Energon Combiner reissues are just in ROTF packaging because they're being sold at the same time ROTF stuff is on the shelves. Personally, I'd take the game stuff over the toy branding; They've got decent movie-ish designs, and are actually in a ROTF related fiction (ie, the game). Also, to really muck things up, isn't the Universe Onslaught toy getting released as a ROTF toy soon, too? ShinRa Actual 20:02, 29 June 2009 (EDT)
- Have we decided or what? Because at the moment, these articles are just empty shells that somebody created then effectively abandoned, and I can't figure out where I'm supposed to write about the Decepticon missile launcher guy who appears in the game - Here? or Onslaught (ROTF)'s page? --FFN 13:51, 2 August 2009 (EDT)
- Here's hoping the combiner reissues make it into a comic at some point. It's a fairly good bet. I think nearly all the original movie toys made it into a comic. But the game characters, I think just collect "Combaticon Scout," "Combaticon Sniper," and "Combaticon Warrior" all on the Combaticon page. Or maybe one big "Video Game Drones" page with the whole lot of them listed. - Starfield 14:35, 2 August 2009 (EDT)
Heavy?
[edit]Reverted "*He is also a playable/scan-able form as a HEAVY form." because I don't know what it means. Does this apply to the DS game? I think those are the ones that usually have scanning. -LV 11:37, 13 April 2011 (EDT)
ROTF Ps2 GAME
[edit]is this guy the ranged and melee captain or lieutenant
- Nobody here played the PS2/Wii versions, so nobody cares enough to find out. --FFN 11:08, 7 May 2011 (EDT)
