Movieverse drones are different from non-movieverse drones in some pretty fundamental ways. They need their own page. (Plus I want a place to show off all the variants!) -Derik 23:14, 1 July 2009 (EDT)

Page title: Drone/Drone Unit

FTIW, the ROD TPB's backup section with the bioos always refers to them as "drone unit." I feel like this is an important distinction to keep since ROTF introduces "drones" that are autonomous and self-willed. (That is to say, Wheelie.) "Drone unit" would seem to denote the not-very-inteligent centrally-controlled guys who are members of the Drone Army, and thus serves to distinguish between other kinds of drones. -Derik 14:46, 24 October 2009 (EDT)

Recent move

The original move template was put on this page when it was at "Movieverse drone", so the complaint that "Drone (Movie)" was a better name was no longer really a valid one, especially taking into account Derik's comments above about them being referred to as such in fiction. I've moved it back here for now, though a better name for the article might be "Drone unit". --abates (talk) 16:48, 22 August 2017 (EDT)

Intro

That intro paragraph provides very little information on the drones themselves. I'm not opposed to the info itself, I just think there should be something more useful there in addition to that info. Any thoughts? ThatGuy79 (talk) 13:14, 15 March 2023 (EDT)
