Talk:Elita-Infin1te
...Wait, why is this a redirect? Shouldn't she get her own page? Escargon (talk) 17:56, 21 April 2018 (EDT)
- I agree that she should have her own page, I made a redirect b/c the Elita One page is doesn't link her name or acknowledge her as a different character from Elita One. But also, if Elita Infin1te her own page, technically, shouldn't the Starscream and Inferno combiner have their own page too? I mean this wiki doesn't shy away from nameless charcaters. --westjames/notirishman (talk) 18:25, 21 April 2018 (EDT)
So, redirect to Orthia because that's a more official name (published via website rather than given vocally at a convention), or is Elita-Infin1te only the specific combination of these POTP guys, and Orthia is the specific combination of the four Moonracer decoes? --ItsWalky (talk) 10:15, 3 January 2019 (EST)
- If "Elita-Inf1nite" was never actually published with the little stamp next to it, and was only spoken aloud, once, then yes, "Orthia" should take precedence. The POTP art is for an obsolete placeholder configuration, like Menasor with Offroad instead of Wildrider. --Thylacine 2000 (talk) 10:28, 3 January 2019 (EST)
- Optimus Prime has two different official named combiner robots, Ultra Prime and Optimus Maximus, depending on who he combines with. Is this like that, is the question, not if it's like Menasor but with a different gray leg. --ItsWalky (talk) 14:11, 3 January 2019 (EST)
- In the same vein as Ultra Prime vs. Optimus Maximus, and many other mix'n'match combiners, I say, we have them separate. --notirishman (talk) 17:36, 7 January 2019 (EST)

I feel like the page should have some information on where the name came from. Would someone who knows who this name came from and when/where they said it please add it? --Nemesis Primal (talk) 00:02, 26 April 2019 (EDT)
- I second this. As well as the previous objection. If this never was actually used on packaging or in media, then it should just be listed as some sort of developmental name for Orthia. --Khajidha (talk) 07:10, 26 April 2019 (EDT) PS: I wish some fiction would establish that Optimus's combined form is "Optimus Maximus the Ultra Prime" so that we could merge those two. --Khajidha (talk) 07:10, 26 April 2019 (EDT)
- Okay, back up a bit, would you? I'm just saying there should be a note of how the name got out there. Nothing else. The rest of that stuff is all you. Nemesis Primal (talk) 17:04, 30 April 2019 (EDT)
- If nothing else, I feel we need a source to explain why the spelling is "Elita-Infin1te" rather than "Elita-Infinite." If this was verbally expressed during a convention, how could they tell?--G.B. Blackrock (talk) 13:20, 20 May 2019 (EDT)
- Bumping, because if this HAS been clarified, I'm just not seeing it. We need a source.--G.B. Blackrock (talk) 12:24, 24 June 2019 (EDT)
- You know you could have done it yourself if you were so bothered by it. https://news.tfw2005.com/2018/02/17/new-york-toy-fair-2018-hasbro-transformers-panel-coverage-358830 Escargon (talk) 12:37, 24 June 2019 (EDT)
- And just how would I have done that? I had no idea where to look!--G.B. Blackrock (talk) 19:15, 25 June 2019 (EDT)

Someone changed the link for the Facebook post with the uncropped artwork, now it brings to a review of POTP Wreck-Gar on Seibertron. --Phantom Dusclops'92 (talk) 11:58, 11 October 2020 (EDT)
