Dinobots
[edit]Why are Grimlock and the Dinobots affected? Shouldn't their creation on Earth have meant that the switch wouldn't affect them?Stevo 20:29, 14 April 2010 (EDT)
- If they were built using standard parts or designs derived from Cybertronian technology, the "kill switch" function may have been carried over. Khajidha 21:31, 14 April 2010 (EDT)
- Well they obviously deviate a little because the lack of Cybertonium doesn't seem to affect them.Stevo 16:29, 15 April 2010 (EDT)
- But, they obviously don't deviate too much because the off switch still worked. Khajidha 16:37, 15 April 2010 (EDT)

- The same reason it affected Trypticon, even though he was built on Earth out of a human city. --abates 16:54, 15 April 2010 (EDT)
Moons
[edit]Is it really a 'continuity error' to show moons here? The narration to The Movie refers to 'two of Cybertron's moons', not 'Cybertron's two moons', so before Unicron came along, there were three or more. --MissRatbat (talk) 18:16, 19 February 2015 (EST)
- In Seasons 1 and 2 it was very clear that there were no moons. The movie left it ambiguous ("two of Cybertron's moons" and "Cybertron and all its moons" implying three or more, a the story focus that suggests only the two moons, and animation that splits the difference.) It's basically error every single time it comes up and should be covered as such, IMO. -- Repowers (talk) 18:47, 19 February 2015 (EST)
