Talk:General Motors
Will this warrant creating entries for Ford, D-C, Honda etc., given that there are plenty of licensed and non-licensed TFs from those companies? (if nothing else, the Viper by itself might warrant one, since AFAIK Side Burn was the FIRST U.S. licensed TF, even before Alternators.) -hx 14:38, 13 July 2007 (UTC)
- Um.
- I can see the list of yous licensed/unlicensed being worthwhile? But I think MOST of the fiction section can go. Mention they're part of the corporate alliance in Binaltech/Alternators & the Chevy Autobots, and I think that's e4ssentially the only notable thing about them, fictionally. -Derik 15:07, 13 July 2007 (UTC)
- I think since no other auto company officially appears outside the Alts/Binaltech subline (and Dodge on Side Burn toy packaging), one "Auto companies" article, with GM's section just a Wikilink to this page, would suffice. -Rotty 17:15, 13 July 2007 (UTC)
2007 Movie Dropkick & Swindle
[edit]Shouldn't Dropkick and Swindle be removed from the toy section of this article since their alt-mode has been altered enough to forego paying a licensing fee to GM? We might mention them in the video game section, though. Also, does anybody have any objections about me adding any pictures to this article? I've been doing so with other articles and I don't want to go oerboard. And if it is okay, how many would be appropriate (I'm thinking four)? - Zadok Rox 14:27, 1 June 2010 (EDT)
