Hotchkiss Gould Investments was or wasn't shut down?

When Megatron's plan was set into motion, hide the secret on the moon's surface wasn't needed anymore so the company was shut down, later Simmons told Mearing that Dylan is behind all this, so there's no way for it to be re-opened ever again. If you don't believe me, ask Fanocoolstuff27 about this, since he's the one who updated this page to its current version, so he might know the correct answer. If it really was shut down, than undo it back to my version, but if it wasn't, than i'll stop updating it to have the saying that it was shut down. I know its just a work of fiction, i'm just asking what happened to the company after the events of the movie itself, because i was sure that it was shut down, since it was only created to prevent the ark from being rediscovered and at the time when the Autobots were exiled the plan was set to motion so hide it wasn't nedded anymore, and it CEO was killed at the end. Now you shouldn't have told me to "stop passing off my assumptions and/or speculations as official information" because everything i insert in every contribution i do is based on what i've learned by watching the cartoon or movie, reading the comic or novel, playing the game, and toying with the toy. If something i inserted in my edits is indeed an speculation, than i'm sorry for that mistake but its not my fault that i watched the original trilogy of live-action movies at a very young age. Besides its almost 4 months since when i first logged and made my first contribution here, and there're still things about this wiki that i don't understand.
