Why is deleting links to articles that don't yet exist but should considered 'major cleanup'? Especially the link to the Followers. They're a major organization. Without the link, it comes off like an improper noun. -Derik 03:09, 12 May 2007 (UTC)
- Derik, those have been red links since January 2. If you want those pages to exist, create them before you whine about someone cleaning out red links that all of one article links to. Oh yeah, and he also had a non-existent category all to himself. --Rotty 03:15, 12 May 2007 (UTC)
- I hate to say it, but Derik's right. Nobody will fill in red links if you, y'know, get rid of the red links. Every page that should exist should have a link to it, no matter how long the page hasn't existed for. --Suki Brits 03:20, 12 May 2007 (UTC)
- Is it even possible for someone going through the Wanted Pages section to find a red link that's on one and only one page? Far as I can tell, something's only Wanted if it's a red link on two or more pages. --Rotty 03:30, 12 May 2007 (UTC)
- That's fairly irrelevant. Not everryone uses the Wanted page ot fill in red links. Sometimes we do it by just surfing through cross-conenctions and going- "Dude, OMG, I can't believes we don't have an article for the Diagnostic Drone!" (I don't have the BM DVD's, or I'd be remedying that.) -Derik 03:37, 12 May 2007 (UTC)

- Christ Rotty, it's the Keepers Trilogy. 1000 pages of dense text and about 150 characters. (I'm exaggerating... but not by much.) No one else is doing it, and I've burned my way about half the humans in the book, working off-and-on. No one else is going to do it.
- And you seem to have missed my point, though removign the red links was wrong- it wasn't my real question. My question was "How is removing a few links the 'major cleanup' you described it as?" -Derik 03:27, 12 May 2007 (UTC)
