Is Lazerbeak, that 'evil toy' from episode 'Sound and Fury'?

Intro info

Where does some of the info in his and Ratbat's intro come from? Non-sentient? Likely sparkless? We don't really know that much about them or where they came from, do we? - Starfield 21:43, 24 April 2009 (EDT)

He wasn't destroyed.

... are you guys seriously telling you me you're not seeing the huge, jagged break at the end of the chunk of Laserbeak that's stuck into Soundwave? The guitar "neck" is broken off.
