Supervillain?

Does Mr. Master Disaster here have what it takes to qualify as a supervillain? He runs a pirate TV program, and illegal street racing, as well as wielding a mighty mind control remote, but I'd like to hear others opinions before slapping a supervillain category on here.--Carrion 22:43, 10 May 2008 (UTC)
