Talk:Multi-brand assortment

Should his page include the mixed Beast Wars/Mutant Beast Wars and Beast Machines/Dinobots assortments from 2000/2001? They differ from the current examples in that the two brands were sometimes mixed in the same waves, rather than one following the other. Jalaguy (talk) 05:16, 5 October 2014 (EDT)

Beast Machines and Dinobots added, but Beast Wars Mutants was just a subline imprint that was released in shared cases with figures branded as part of the Fox Kids Deluxe subline imprint. That's not massively different from other subline imprints (which were also released under the same assortments as the older figures), the only difference is that they've been released concurrently. Dinobots is different insofar as they completely lack the Beast Machines title, and are thus a separate side-line similar to Transformers (2014 toyline).--Nevermore (talk) 06:49, 21 November 2014 (EST)
