I'm hesitant to add this, but I was similarly hesitant to say that the Powerful Robot looked like Cyclonus, and then someone went ahead and added that. So: is this guy's head vaguely based on Hot Spot, or is it too generic to call it an actual correlation? -- Repowers 02:00, 29 January 2008 (UTC)
