So what about NBE 008? Or 125 or whatever it was? is that on their 'possible' list while these two are the only ones they've confimed are of the same species as Mega-man?

Also-- Howard identified the 'WOW' signal sender as NBE2-- but that was Optimus Prime. S7 probably assumes Bumblebee is the same dude, and Bumblebee will KEEP the designation... but there should be a note somewhere. -Derik 21:33, 20 May 2007 (UTC)

Sure. --ItsWalky 21:56, 20 May 2007 (UTC)

Acording to the film...

[edit]

Just saw it last night, according to Simmons it actually stands for Non-Biological Extra-terrestrial, right? So should we move this there cause the film is the most prominent use, or should that just get a note?--ZacWilliam 10:47, 3 July 2007 (UTC)

I say the film dominates. Though other definitions may have been used- first, they spun out of the film's use of the term. -Derik 19:10, 3 July 2007 (UTC)

Also according to the film... the Transformer on Mars was heavily implied to be Blackout. Shouldn't that make him NBE 2? Where did these numbers for Blackout and Bumblebee come from? --Steve-o 14:56, 4 July 2007 (UTC)

Bumblebee's number came from the prequel comics. --ItsWalky 15:16, 4 July 2007 (UTC)
Blackout's number is from the ARG. --KilMichaelMcC 01:30, 5 July 2007 (UTC)

I didn't see the film as implying that the Beagle TF was Blackout-- i saw their line about the exo-skeleton as meaning they were of the same species. -Derik 01:32, 5 July 2007 (UTC)

is this true or something else

NBE's are actually G1 counterparts.

[edit]

You know, I think NBEs 08, 57, 115, and 125 are actually Grimlock (G1), Laserbeak (G1), Reflector (G1), and Kickback (G1). There is also footage of NBE ??? Starscream (G1) somewhere. The Takara Agreement was set up to discredit actual sightings of alien robots, and so Generation 1 Grimlock was invented to discredit NBE 08. - Starfield 10:33, 17 July 2009 (EDT)

Except there's nothing to say they aren't just counterparts. Looking similar and being the exact same guy isn't the same thing. Withinout fiction supporting it it's fanon. User:Eire 23.42 Aug 1 09 (UTC)
Hyper-technically, NBE 01 in the Alternate reality game is just Movie Megatron's counterpart and not the actual same guy, since in the ARG, the Movie is a disinformation campaign so the Megatron on screen is just a misinformation version of the "actual" NBE 01. So I'm suggesting the G1 characters are the Misinformation counterparts of NBE 08 etc. (according to the Takara Agreement and Hungry Dragon 1). - Starfield 10:05, 2 August 2009 (EDT)
