Given the mythological connection, have we pondered that Ser-Ket may be female?--RosicrucianTalk 02:06, 21 December 2012 (EST)
- It's possible, but not likely. Transformers tends to be rather up front with who's female or not, and a feminine name doesn't necessarily mean she's female. After all, look at Metroplex. Name has mother in it, but he's never been portrayed as female.--Tindalos 08:31, 21 December 2012 (EST)
- Well we also now know that Ripclaw shares a body-type with Ser-Ket and is also female. So uh... I think that's leaning towards "yes" for Ser-Ket.--RosicrucianTalk 17:43, 27 December 2012 (EST)
- Shared body-types don't mean much. Do we know there is a mythological connection? Is the name really just a crazy trademark-friendly misspelling of "circuit"? - Starfield 18:01, 27 December 2012 (EST)
- Goddess of poisonous bites and stings, and a name applied to a character who has a scorpion-esque tail. If it's not intentional, it's a hell of a coincidence.--RosicrucianTalk 18:14, 27 December 2012 (EST)
- Just to be clear, you are talking about an out-of-universe, real-word connection, right? Not in-universe, like the Egyptians were inspired by a Predacon when they came up with their Serket mythology or something. - Starfield 23:56, 27 December 2012 (EST)
