I kind of doubt Simon is so egotistical as to name two different Transformers things after himself. I suspect 3H were responsible for the Furmanite and Ryall was responsible for Simfur, although of course I can't say for sure. -LV 15:22, 8 June 2007 (UTC)
- Well, considering the man considers anything he hasn't written as a "false continuity", I'd have to disagree with you. 70.55.207.104 17:34, 8 June 2007 (UTC)
- Good unsourced point, nameless unregistered user! -LV
- Does this opinion come from his use of cartoon continuity bits in all the reboot stuff he's worked on, his embrace of other continuities at the expense of his own work several times throughout the DK guide, or some combination of the two?Chip 17:56, 8 June 2007 (UTC)
- Most of the backbone of his UK run came from Budinsky's material, and he leaned heavily upon early annual text stories he didn't write. -Derik 21:34, 8 June 2007 (UTC)
Simfur came from Ryall. He said so himself. --KilMichaelMcC 17:44, 8 June 2007 (UTC)
Simfur is a city in The Vault's "Aligned Continuity" Cybertron map, so this page is gonna have to be retooled to be about more than one continuity. Also, Grimlock's from there. --ItsWalky 12:29, 10 June 2011 (EDT)
- Well, I had to rewrite it anyway to fit in Foundation (and hope to do so this weekend along with all other LAFS Cybertron locations, but I don't think I'll make that deadline), but it's good to know I have to adjust it for room for Aligned stuff.
- Also, heh, Grimlock. Absolutely perfect. Geewunling 13:56, 10 June 2011 (EDT)
