Talk:Skywarp (Armada)
For my own reference: Skywarp's spec, and his trading card, the MTMTE I have handy.
So, where is the currently-listed characterization of Skywarp from? He's a serious-midned warrior in MtMTE, where does the arrogant prankster come from is not one of these 3 sources? -Derik 05:30, 2 October 2006 (UTC)
- The article assumes that Cybertron Skywarp is Armada Skywarp. --KilMichaelMcC 15:10, 2 October 2006 (UTC)
- Ahhh... thank you. Given his abilities, this is not unreasonable. The bio will have to be re-creafted to accomodate the differences. (Since Skywarp's 'sword' is described variously as a diamond blade or a whip, he already has a fair degree of variability already.) -Derik 17:12, 2 October 2006 (UTC)
- His sword is always a sword. Dvandom sometimes writes fanfic techspecs for toys that don't have real ones, and the Skywarp techspec in his review of the toy is one of them. --Andrusi 19:16, 8 October 2006 (UTC)
So, do we think the Cybertronian-seeker in Prehistory ws Skywarp? (That Is the cybertronian version of Starscream's robot mode, right?) -Derik 11:36, 6 November 2006 (UTC)
The Attactix Identity
[edit]I don't have the set, so I'm just curious. IS the Attacktix toy labeled as Armada Skywarp? Because it could just as easily represent War Within G1 Skywarp.--ZacWilliam 13:19, 11 July 2007 (UTC)
Minor retool from Cybertron Thundercracker?
[edit]I don't own Cybertron Thundercracker, but I was at a friend's house a while back and he showed me why he hates the mold... I noticed a difference between my Skywarp and his Thundercracker. Skywarp has a notch in his gun-arm shoulder panel that allows it to clip into his torso to hold both gun-arm and torso assembly in place for the robot mode, something Thundercracker lacks. Was this minor retool done for Skywarp or could it have been a running change with Thundercracker? And on that topic, does Movie Divebomb have that notch? --Detour 07:45, 12 May 2008 (UTC)
Cybertron or Universe Legends Skywarp?
[edit]I see they listed the Legends toy as a Cybertron toy, but the Hasbro checklist puts the convention exclusive Legends toy as Universe. This makes it the first Universe Legends toy, and if it's Universe it's probably the same guy as Universe Deluxe Skywarp, who is a version of the G1 characters, not the Armada one. 207.181.17.24 13:23, 24 March 2009 (EDT)

Intro
[edit]Brought it up on the Discord, but I question the "amalgamated" version of the intro we have now, since it pretty much contradicts what Dreamwave's profile has to say ("Strong, smart, and super-fast, he's easily a match for his prominent relative, Starscream.")
