Gender?

So I think we can all agree that Slipstream’s design does appear more effeminate than the other High Guard. But, their card in the TF One trading card game uses the Mandarin male pronoun 他. Arcee’s card, meanwhile, uses the female pronoun. So should we consider this incarnation of Slipstream male? Of just use they/them until we get something more concrete? When it comes to ephemera, I kind of tend to chalk it up more towards an error than an intentional choice when we run into things like this. I think a similar example to point to would be various dubs of Transformers cartoons over the years dubbing with voice actors, like with Starscream in the French TFTM dub having a voice actress. 17:52, 5 October 2024 (EDT)
