Talk:Stress (toys)

Anyone who wants to help expand it is more than welcome to. If you want me to delete it, just say so. That said, I think its existence is warranted as it's a common enough issue and enough people wonder about its "treatments" Certain figures, particularly ones with open hands are susceptible to it happening to them. If you need some examples, there's RTS Wreck-Gar, HFTD Bludgeon, T30 Arcee, and just about every classic G. I. Joe figure ever. Banannixx (talk) 02:23, 17 December 2020 (EST)

About Pending Deletion

[edit]

While I understand that Stress is "is just a simple word, it does not have some different meaning only relevant to toys." I also strongly feel that it is enough of a prominent issue that there should be a page for it. Maybe change the name to "Stress Marks", or "Stress Fracturing", removing the (toys) tagline altogether.

As previously stated, this page would be made in the same vein as GPS. It is supposed to be an informative article documenting examples of figures that are particularly prone to it, and how to treat/ avoid it. I would also eventually like to link it to toy articles upon its completion, though it may result in being an orphaned page for a little while.

If this isn't enough to justify its presence on the wiki, then I will concede without further argument. Banannixx (talk) 15:17, 17 December 2020 (EST)
