Walking device note

• The Autobots are implied to have created the exosuit for Jessica so she can walk again. Hmm, one wonders if this technology could have been useful before now…

I recommend removing this note; not only do we not know how Chip came to be a wheelchair user, but also he may be perfectly fine with remaining as such.
