Reprogramming

[edit]

Did they explain why, if Megatron can reprogram Bruticus to be loyal, he never once tries to do the same thing to Starscream?!?Skyshock Thunderblast 00:53, 5 August 2009 (EDT)

I was thinking the same thing and added the point. That said, some might think that question is too similar to "Why doesn't Megatron just kill Starscream?", which is so common to the entire franchise that it's not worth mentioning. I argue that this is different because (a) reprogramming is very different than killing, and (b) while killing a minion is an ability that Megatron is implied to always have, reprogramming one is specific to this episode. --Randomus (talk) 12:00, 6 September 2014 (EDT)

CONTINUITY

[edit]

It's strange that Megatron didn't summon any remaining Earth forces to Cybertron and flip that orbit device's switch back to "on" once the Autobots returned to Earth. Perhaps destroying the console was a loose end that the Autobots took care of before leaving? Was that made clear by the episode at all? --Skywarp, Aug. 13, 2013, 2:06PM EDT.
