Where did the new Binder of Revelation stuff come from?

I’m not doubting Mr. The Basics himself, but would it be possible to show your work? I followed the link to the Discord discussion, and there wasn’t anything about the Unicron climax with the Star Saber. Is this at all related to the table of contents added to the BoR page last year?
