Ransack
[edit]I feel like this is probably not Ransack (Prime). (Otherwise, good job on the Insecticons so far. I totally wanted to do their pages. I hate you. -LV (talk) 13:34, 30 April 2015 (EDT)
- Oh, whoops. Yeah, that was StarWars Jedi being daft, and I forgot to RV this article too. Jalaguy (talk) 13:58, 30 April 2015 (EDT)
So speaking of guys being other guys: Skrapnel = Sharpshot? I'm leaning towards no, since all they actually have in common is being stag beetle-y? Jalaguy (talk) 14:47, 30 April 2015 (EDT)
- You can probably already guess my opinion, but they're both clearly based on G1 Shrapnel and should go on the same page. It's the same thing as Aligned Grimlock and movieverse Lockdown. Saix (talk) 15:02, 30 April 2015 (EDT)
- Particularly given Hardshell/Bombshell, I'm inclined to say no, although Sharpshot IS the only Insecticon from FOC we don't know is dead by RID. Of course, this means Sharpshot, Skrapnel and Sharpnel are three different guys in the Alignedverse, which ties them with Nemesis Primes for some kind of redundancy award. -LV (talk) 15:03, 30 April 2015 (EDT)
- I don't think Skrapnel being Sharpshot is a huge leap, especially when we have both WFC and Prime Breakdown on the same page. --abates (talk) 16:24, 30 April 2015 (EDT)
- I don't agree with your assertion that FOC and this game are meant to be in any kind of continuity. I don't think anybody on the production side thinks or cares about that, just like how nobody making AOE cared that there was already a movieverse Lockdown. Saix (talk) 16:28, 30 April 2015 (EDT)
- Of course they're not. It was an aside that has no bearing on my actual stance, which is "these characters look completely different and have different names". We may as well put Sideswipe on Cliffjumper's page; they're both red cars. -LV (talk) 16:29, 30 April 2015 (EDT)
- Or, before someone says "well Cliffjumper and Sideswipe aren't both names for the same guy in G1", how about putting G1 Shrapnel and BW Insecticon on the same page? They're both stag beetles from the same continuity family, and Shrapnel has had a toy called "Insecticon" before in Robot Heroes. -LV (talk) 16:31, 30 April 2015 (EDT)
- I feel like you're being deliberately obtuse here. BW Insecticon isn't based on Shrapnel. Skrapnel and Sharpshot clearly are. Whoever made this game is just following the name that Hasbro now uses for this character archetype. Saix (talk) 16:49, 30 April 2015 (EDT)
- I simply don't believe it's the wiki's place to consolidate characters about whom we know nothing except they look different and have different names, whether they're both based on Shrapnel or not. FWIW, I think it's telling that the game explicitly does not include the names of Insecticons previously used prominently in Aligned product. If this is Sharpshot, where are Hardshell and Kickback instead of the rest of these deep-cut nobodies? -LV (talk) 16:54, 30 April 2015 (EDT)
- Didn't they die in Fall of Cybertron? --abates (talk) 03:56, 2 May 2015 (EDT)
- Hardshell died in Prime. Kickback died in the Beast Hunters comic. Both of those would take place chronologically after WFC, but it also seems entirely unlikely, as Saix asserts above, that anyone cared about that with regards to making this game. It seems much more likely that the three "existing" Aligned Insecticons were simply avoided altogether, probably because they're the only ones Hasbro has any investment in. -LV (talk) 03:59, 2 May 2015 (EDT)

Glitch
[edit]I noticed a glitch which made my warrior megatronus disappear, but when I switched to 1-step fracture fracture was visible, when I switched back he was still invisible. It only happened on level 42. Has anybody else experienced this?
