Talk:Transformers Comic issue 1
Needs a category. "Transformer Magazine issues"? JW 18:13, 8 August 2007 (UTC)
Who wins the football contest? Inquiring minds wish to know! Unless it's soccer. --Chiasaur11
- I think it's soccer, because it goes on and on and nobody scores...
- It just talks about the different strengths of the two characters and how they match up. There's no fantasy-match 'who'd win' in a full-on battle. Pissed me off. -Derik 01:29, 9 August 2007 (UTC)

Article title
[edit]Why the mismatch between the article title ("Transformers Comic") and the content, where it says "Transformers Magazine"? The articles for issues 2 and 3 say "comic" in both places. However, I was under the impression that this publication was actually called "Transformers Magazine" or something very similar, certainly with the word magazine in the title. --Steve-o 16:10, 16 September 2007 (UTC)
- Whoops, my bad. Moved the article ages ago and must've forgot to change the content. As to the name of the thing, it just says "Transformers" on the cover, but internally, in the editorial bits, its called Transformers Comic, in italics, and everything. - Chris McFeely 16:18, 16 September 2007 (UTC)
Mention of error removed?
[edit]In this edit an anonymous user removed mention of an apparent error in the comic. Can somebody with the issue please check whether this error is real or not? --Steve-o 04:11, 27 November 2007 (UTC)
It's a magazine...
[edit]The caption in the infobox talks negatively about the way it looks, but what specifically are you referring to? The front cover? The way it's made? UK comics also aren't really referred to as "comic books", they're called "magazines", unless that's changed? -- Anythingspossibleforapossible 21:03, 13 September 2012 (EDT)
- Of course the term "comic" would be used, but not "comic book". -- Anythingspossibleforapossible 21:35, 13 September 2012 (EDT)
- It's referred to on Titan's website as "Transformers Comic". I always assumed the caption was talking about the magazine-style cover. --abates 22:11, 13 September 2012 (EDT)
- @spyder: Maybe it doesn't and probably for consistency we should refer to them all as comic books, but when I think of the UK equivalent I think "magazine". And what about my spelling? You didn't have to be rude. -- Anythingspossibleforapossible 22:32, 13 September 2012 (EDT)
- I made two typos, but I don't know why you're getting so touchy about? -- Anythingspossibleforapossible 22:33, 13 September 2012 (EDT)
