It says "Tyroxia is a planet somewhere in "deep space" whose inhabitants are organic, spacefaring aliens with an animosity toward the Autobots." The rest is a list of links to Tyroxian, Tyroxian space transport and Quintesson Pan Galactic Co-Prosperity Sphere.
