For the purposes fiction writeups, should these multipath adventures each be treated as a separate continuity, and therefore listed under its own header, or should there be a "Be the Hero" subheader with all the character's appearances in the books listed under it as if it was all part of the same continuity? I guess so long as they don't blatantly contradict each other, they should be able to go under the same heading? --abates 21:23, 23 April 2010 (EDT)
- Technically, each multipath adventure is MANY separate continuities. Perhaps events only in one path should be somehow separated from events only in another path.--Jimsorenson 23:00, 23 April 2010 (EDT)
- I think for sanity's sake, the best way to do writeups on individual character pages is to provide a general description of events which happen to the character in all possible paths. Any major deviations for alternate paths could be handled using {{note{{#if:||{{{2}}}|}}}}. I suspect that this is not going to work for all multipath books though. Web of Deception is very linear, and you get much the same story whichever path you take. On the other hand, there's something like The Invisibility Factor which Tigerpaw28 has been working on, which is structured more like a tree and different paths are actually radically different. --abates 23:22, 23 April 2010 (EDT)
