Talk:Wheeljack (disambiguation)

The Wheeljack (disambiguation) page mentions Unicron Trilogy Downshift's Japanese name twice: once in the chronological listings, and again just before the "Wheeljack should not be confused with" section. Which mention should we keep? (Although, i've been told not to disambiguate foreign names at all.)

i'm undecided on whether or not a disambiguation page should include a quote from any particular continuity. Even if the quote reflects something relevant about multiple bearers of the name, it might not be relevant or even true for all bearers of the name. (i don't know the Unicron Trilogy guys well enough to say if they're as big on explosions as Wheeljack (G1) and his namesakes of the same archetype.)

Okay, here's one where I'm gonna argue we shouldn't bother with the movie character up top. You'd be forgiven for forgetting he was in the movie at all, and his one name-drop was "Que". At least Arcee got called by name had a fucking action scene right at the beginning of the movie she was in. Also, did any of his toys actually hit the US? --M Sipher (talk) 11:30, 15 May 2015 (EDT)

I dunno, even a "minor" character in the movies still was seen by bazillions of people (and he said & did as much in DotM as Sideswipe did in RotF and DotM put together.) Unless we're desperate for page space, I say keep him up there. -- Repowers (talk) 16:02, 16 May 2015 (EDT)
