Synopsis
[edit]Annoyed to be stuck on cleaning duty, Airachnid decides to charm Starscream into doing her job for her, buttering him up by complimenting his looks and assuring him he'll be leader someday. Breakdown warns Starscream that the spider lady is deceiving him for her own goals, just as she did the other day during a battle between Optimus Prime and Megatron...
When Megatron was shot down by Optimus Prime, Airachnid immediately turned her charm on the Autobot leader, asking if she could join the Autobots since Megatron was clearly old news. Overhearing this, Megatron was enraged and fired on her, striking and defeating Prime in the process. When confronted by her fuming leader afterwards, Airachnid claimed it was all part of her plan to distract the Autobot.
...But by the time Breakdown finishes telling the story, Starscream has already been duped into doing Airachnid's job, and the spider happily wanders off bragging about the power of her charm.

[edit]- Airachnid ends her sentences with -sha, a trait borrowed from the Japanese dub version of Prime Airachnid, who in turn inherited it from Beast Wars Blackarachnia.
- Likewise, Airachnid's flirtatious and romantic personality is a trait exclusive to the Japanese dub of Transformers: Prime.
- The battle as narrated by Breakdown is based on a Studio OX original illustration, but at a lower, devastating scale.
- Complete with Insecticon colored like Bombshell and being kicked hard by Blaster (although only his leg is visible because of the dialog bubble, which is quite easy to miss).
