If you have just installed MediaWiki

You probably installed from Git, or directly from the source code using some other method. This is expected. Try installing some skins from mediawiki.org's skin directory, by:

Downloading the tarball installer, which comes with several skins and extensions. You can copy and paste the skins/ directory from it.
Downloading individual skin tarballs from mediawiki.org.
Using Git to download skins.

Doing this should not interfere with your Git repository if you're a MediaWiki developer.

If you have just modified LocalSettings.php: Double-check the skin names for typos.

Titanium shredder blaster

Despite seemingly being somewhat at odds with his function as a flamethrower, the Decepticon Action Master Charger is armed with a titanium shredder blaster.

Charger came with a black weapon, identified in his instructions as a titanium shredder blaster.

Notes

Charger's packaging bio was largely cribbed from the Dinobot Slag's original profile and may have been written separately to his instructions, which would explain the disparity between his weapon's name and his function.
