Transformers, being extraterrestrials, are often overheard stating measurements in units that are unfamiliar to humans. Following is a list of units of length that Cybertronians have been observed using.

Centihic ??? Mentioned in "Intersectionality," where it was used in the expression "within a centihic of its life," which is equivalent to "within an inch of his life."
Cybertronic mini-inch ??? Hook says he can "perform flawlessly to within one five hundred thousandth of a Cybertronic mini-inch" in "The Core".
Hic ~kilometer First mentioned in the Marvel story "The Magnificent Six!", three hics was the distance between the town of Yuss and Fort Scyk. The AllSpark Almanac defines a hic as 1024 mechanometers, or about one kilometer.
Kil ??? Nosecone noted an energy trace to be located fifty-two kils underneath Cybertron's surface in "Stormbringer #1".
Kix ??? While difficult to make out the letters, it seems Fusion measured the distance between him and some Decepticon jets in kix in "And There Shall Come...a Leader!".
Klep ??? Blackarachnia defined the location of a utility tunnel as six hundred kleps down in "Homecoming".
Klik ~kilometer Referenced in the Marvel UK story "City of Fear!" and the Beast Wars episodes "The Web" and "Fallen Comrades".
Mechanometer ~meter In the Generation 1 episode "City of Steel", Hound declared Optimus Prime's head was within ten mechanometers when they approached its location. The AllSpark Almanac defines a mechanometer as the distance traveled by light in a vacuum in 1/268,435,456 of a nanoklik, or about a meter.
Megamile ??? The bridge to Iacon, for example, was approximately a megamile away from the city according to Wheeljack in the Generation 1 episode "More than Meets the Eye, Part 1".
Metron ??? Transformers: The Covenant of Primus describes Predaking as being least forty metrons from snout to tail.
Microhic ??? Used in the Beast Wars: Uprising story "Derailment" by Erector.
Microquad ??? In the Beast Wars episode "The Web", Cheetor made contact with HQ through the new, experimental comlink when he was at a distance of over five microquads away, which meant a good result.
Parsec [[wikipedia:{{#if:|:}}Parsec|{{#if: Parsec}}]] Used in the The Transformers Adventure Game Book "Desert of Danger" by Hot Rod to illustrate the distance to Nebulos.
Solar rek ??? Mentioned in the unofficial story "Alignment".
Vun ~hectometer? Mentioned in the Marvel story "The Magnificent Six!", the shockwave from a nuclear explosion blew the Autobots into the air the last few vuns to beyond Yuss's limits.
