We appreciate your interest in contributing; however, we can't really use the photo you uploaded. It doesn't clearly show Mr. Roche, and it isn't clear which person is Mr. Roche, both of which are achieved by the current photo. -- Repowers 11:17, 19 August 2009 (EDT)
