Okay! This is going to be my pitch for an overhaul of the Japanese G1 toylines, merging all releases from 1985 up until 1990 into one list sorted by year, because despite the fans' perception, the actual toys were all branded as part of FSRLTF for six years straight, with additional titles such as "Scramble City", "Headmasters" and "Masterforce" only appearing on a couple of figures but never the entire year's range, while others such as "Transformers 2010" or "Victory" could not be found on the toys' packaging at all.

The other change I'm going to apply is to drop that absurd division into Hasbro-specific assortments because that is not how the toys were released in Japan! Out toyline lists should be accurate representations of how the toys were actually released, rather than forcing a square peg into a round hole by applying Western standards. If anything, there can be divisions into "Cybertrons batch 1", "Destrons batch 1", "Cybertrons batch 2" etc. for the first year, while the remaining years are simply divided into "Cybertrons" and "Destrons".--Nevermore (talk) 09:42, 9 July 2018 (EDT)
