If you haven't yet contributed anything, we'd really rather you didn't simply change jokes or add new ones without adding actual content. This also holds true for removing captions whole-hog or replacing them with "information" that really isn't.
Remember, we're meant to be informative first, funny second. Write an episode summary, check out the Most Wanted Pages list or the Stubs list.

Lugnut (G1)

[edit]

Why was this deleted?—TOM 11:56, 3 January 2011 (EST)

Because this article is at Lugnut (TF 2010) for a reason. The TF 2010 line is his point of origin and he was only later made part of the G1 family. At the moment, he even has a chance of being a Prime character as well, so (TF 2010) is the best identifier. And we don't need a (G1) redirect either, because people are going to find him anyway if they look for him ánd this wiki would become a complete mess if we'd make redirects for every continuity a character appeared in. The identifier is only there to solve location conflict between two pages for characters sharing a name, not to describe the article's content. Geewunling 12:17, 3 January 2011 (EST)
Why is it immediately after you're told "Don't make unnecessary redirects", you make a whole bunch? --Detour 00:59, 4 January 2011 (EST)

DOTM Bumblebee

[edit]

"what makes you think it is?!" Well, for starters, the transformation is identical. The legs, hands, upper arms, waist, head and numerous car parts are identical to Battle Blade Bumblebee's. The key word here is extensive he's just as much a retool of BB BB as Cannon Bumblebee was a retool of the first film's Concept Camaro BB, and Recon Ironhide was a retool of the original Topkick Ironhide. Just because a lot of his parts are new doesn't mean he's all-new, and there is precedent for this. --Detour 22:15, 24 March 2011 (EDT)

First of all, the legs; NO GEARS FOR THE AUTOMORPH!!

Second; the hands can't be the same, cuz the DOTM ones are designed to hold his MechTech gun. Just because some car parts look the same, dosn't mean they are. Plus he is at least half an inch shorter than Battle Blades Bumblebee!--TOM 22:23, 24 March 2011 (EDT)

The MechTech gun pegs into his forearm. That's even how he holds it in the stock photo! Did you even look at any of the photos of it? --Detour 22:48, 24 March 2011 (EDT)
The gun also fits in his hand, look here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HrxCywaErN0 And, no it's not stolen, it's from KAPOW! toys, an employee even told me that they don't sell stolen items, it's all legit!--TOM 23:01, 24 March 2011 (EDT)
Yeah, that's a stolen toy all right. That's Peaugh's specialty. Even then, it proves my point, the lower legs are the same, the upper arms are the same, the hands are the same. It's shorter because the torso is excessively changed, just like Cannon Bumblebee's was. And nowhere in this video is the gun ever put in his hand. --Detour 23:30, 24 March 2011 (EDT)
Just wait 'till it comes out...This is pointless--TOM 00:13, 25 March 2011 (EDT)

HOW?!--TOM 15:51, 26 March 2011 (EDT)
You said that Peaugh got his from Kapow! Toys, Kapow! doesn't have them for sale yet. Thus, he couldn't have gotten it from them. As no other LEGITIMATE retailers have them yet, his must be stolen. --Khajidha 15:54, 26 March 2011 (EDT)
The opening to Peaugh's video says "From KAPOW! Toys!" Obviously it has recently been confirmedas a lie and I had no idea Whatsoever until after I was blocked!!!!! I was uder the impression it was LEGITIMATE!--TOM 15:57, 26 March 2011 (EDT)
You were told it was stolen. You kept arguing. You were banned. It took me like 5 seconds to find proof that it was stolen, you should have checked it yourself. --Khajidha 15:58, 26 March 2011 (EDT)
1. You never told me howyou knew it was stolen. You just said "It's stolen"
2. I didn't check for my self because i'm stupid.--TOM 16:09, 26 March 2011 (EDT)
How do we know it's stolen? Because THE TOYS HAVEN'T BEEN OFFICIALLY RELEASED YET IN ANY OF THE MARKETS. --Lonegamer78 16:15, 26 March 2011 (EDT)
I meant you didn't say how you knew he didn't get it from KAPOW! Toys, who only sell official toys.--TOM 16:19, 26 March 2011 (EDT)
If you are this dense, you are not competent to edit this wiki. --ItsWalky 16:21, 26 March 2011 (EDT)
He said he got it from KAPOW!, so I naturally thought he did. If I knew it was stolen, none of this would have happened.--TOM 16:25, 26 March 2011 (EDT)

Kapow sells TF toys > DOTM toys aren't officially out yet at this time > Peaugh said he got it from Kapow > Kapow only has the pre-orders up > Peaugh's DOTM Deluxe Bee is "obtained" through some other means.

There's a reason for release schedules. Look, just because someone has a review of a new toy up BEFORE it's officially released doesn't mean it's kosher to put it up here. Things might change later on down the road. --Lonegamer78 16:29, 26 March 2011 (EDT)

I didn't see the schedual 'till it was too late, Fuck, I'm stupid!--TOM 16:34, 26 March 2011 (EDT)

To step in here for a moment - I don't know the hows and whys of it, but there is every chance Peaugh DID get this particular figure from Kapow, because Kapow DO regularly have galleries and video reviews of figures WELL in advance of their actual release. They've covered several DOTM toys at this point, and perhaps they had an arrangement of some kind with him. They are a legitimate business, but I can't speak to the nature of their acquisition of these pre-release figures. - Chris McFeely 18:29, 26 March 2011 (EDT)

Oh, I wasn't doubting Peaugh got his toy from Kapow. It's just that Kapow, without a doubt, shouldn't have these toys ahead of release. --ItsWalky 18:45, 26 March 2011 (EDT)
