Virtual Assistant Liaison (V.A.L.) is an artificial assistant that is attached to the Autobot network. Hashtag talks with her a lot.

Hashtag discovered V.A.L. after uploading the new Autobot network to her systems. V.A.L. later shut down rogue Ghoids when Hashtag could not break the encryption. Hashtag and V.A.L. worked together to create a vision board for Hashtag's new alternate mode. When Hashtag was fleeing Shockwave, V.A.L. made several alternate mode suggestions based on vehicles they passed. Control Alt Delete

V.A.L. was able to help Hashtag and Mo Malto navigate the cave system beneath Witwicky when the pair went exploring. Witwicky, Part 1
