Vincent Ropion (b. January 16, 1962) is a French actor specialized in dubbing.

He is the regular French voice of Dominic Monaghan, Neil Patrick Harris, Garret Dillahunt and Roger Bart.

In animation, his roles include Ryô Saeba in City Hunter, Sinestro in several Green Lantern films, Humpty Dumpty in Puss in Boots, Raphael in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Gyro Gearloose in the 2017 DuckTales series, but also some roles in French creations like François and Jean-Claude in Titeuf, Pierrot (Peter) in the Once Upon a Time... educational cartoons, Jean-Pierre Dujardin in the 2003 Marsupilami series and additional voices in Totally Spies, 64 Zoo Lane and Watch My Chops.

Regarding video games, he notably dubbed Jaskier in the Witcher games, Drakios in Assassin's Creed Odyssey, Frisk in Star Wars: Squadrons and he reprised some of his on-screen roles like Meriadoc Brandybuck in the Lego The Lord of the Rings game or Raphael in the 2007 TMNT game.
