'''Joe "Big Daddy" Kyde''' (born [[1980]]) is a former [[Hasbro]] employee who last held the job title Product Designer, designing Transformers toys across multiple brand segments. He started as an Associate Designer in charge of store-exclusive product for the ''[[G.I. Joe (team)|G.I. Joe]]'' and ''Transformers'' brands. He had previously done {{w|beige|color}} layouts for many ''[[Transformers brand|Transformers]]'' [[toy]]s. 

Joe is notorious, even legendary for his tall tales and stone-faced blarney. Joe's acidic wit and elastic sense of "truth" have led to Joe being banned from testifying in any and all civil cases in the United States, Canada, and the People's Republic of Haiti. It has been speculated by family and friends that Joe may actually have a form of Münchausen Syndrome.

Joe is an avid train spotter, and can identify over one hundred makes and models of locomotive by sound alone. Ironically, Joe has never traveled by train, and considers all forms of mass transit too dangerous.

He began an internship with Hasbro in 2002, doing design work and {{w|beige|color}} layouts for many ''[[Transformers brand|Transformers]]'' [[toy]]s as both an intern and freelance designer. He was hired at Hasbro full-time in 2007 as an Associate Designer in charge of store-exclusive product for the ''[[G.I. Joe (team)|G.I. Joe]]'' and ''Transformers'' brands.
