This character has no official visual representation in any Transformers product or media... yet, at least.
Steel-Belt is a member of the Heavy Hauler Team.
Fiction

[edit]Along with the rest of the Heavy Hauler Team, Steel-Belt accompanied Modus Prime, Broadside, and the Urban Renewal Team to Altihex's abandoned energon refinery. There, they were attacked by what appeared to be a deranged Autobot—in actuality, however, it was a cobbled-together killing machine remotely controlled by Broadside. In the ensuing chaos, Steel-Belt was crushed by a collapsing storage tank and died. The New World
