Phillip LaMarr (born January 24, 1967) is an American actor, voice actor, comedian, and writer. On screen, he is best known as one of the original cast members of MADtv, the unfortunate young man known as Marvin whose head John Travolta accidentally blows off in Pulp Fiction, Gustavo Rocque's rival, Hawk, in Big Time Rush, and Malefic J'onzz, brother of J'onn J'onzz/Martian Manhunter, in the TV series Supergirl.
As a voice actor, LaMarr has played Hermes Conrad on Futurama, Baxter Stockman on the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon, Green Lantern John Stewart on Justice League, Aquaman on Young Justice, Kotal Kahn and Geras from the Mortal Kombat series, the title characters of Samurai Jack and Static Shock, Wilt and Jackie Khones on Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Scrap-Iron and Doc on G.I.
