• Characters mentioned in Lifeline and Quickslinger's profile: the Paradron Medic Corps and Rung.
  • Lifeline is noted to be one of the last remaining members of the Paradron Medic Corps, a military group version of the medics on the planet Paradron seen in the Sunbow The Transformers episode "Fight or Flee", whom Lifeline herself is based on.
  • Lifeline's color scheme is said to have been chosen as the color that would most soothe patients as determined by "Rungian Analysis", a term mentioned in issue #1 of IDW Publishing's More than Meets the Eye ongoing, named after the Autobot psychiatrist from IDW's original 2005 continuity.
  • Among Lifeline's medical equipment is an energon infuser, the "tool" wielded by the Heroes of Cybertron Paradron Medic according to her tech spec (which was, in fact, the leftover gun from the Arcee version of the mold). Lifeline's swords, meanwhile, are characterized as "solid-light simulated surgical tools", similar to the tools used by the Animated incarnation of Red Alert.

Among these "weapons" is a surgical-grade spark extractor, a weapon first seen in Beast Machines.
  • Impactor's alternate mode is called a "Brutal Battle Wagon". While "battlewagon" is a fairly generic real-world term, it seems likely to be a reference to the G.I. Joe vehicle, the Battle Wagon.
