- Deluge is an Autobot Aquaspeeder from the Generation 1 continuity family.
Sure, you've just punched a hole in the enemy's front line and troops are pouring in. But what's to keep the enemy from flanking you and shooting you in the back? Deluge, that's what. He's here to make sure every last bit of Decepticon resistance has been thoroughly stamped down, leaving no nasty surprises for the bots on the front line. Sure, it's an ugly job, sloshing through the most hellish of bombed-out battlefields to take on Decepticon stragglers who are likely desperate enough to try a suicide run to take out any Autobot they can find, but Deluge is in it to win it, no matter the odds.
He probably gets very confused when other Autobots call him "Drench".

- This mold was redecoed to make the US Color Changer Drench. It was also used as the basis for the non-toy Shattered Glass Drench.
