- Neutro is an Autobot Micromaster from the Generation 1 continuity family.
Neutro (also Groundbuster) is the hardest-working member of the Construction Patrol. He accepts the destruction of war with stoicism. He secretly longs for the fighting to be over so he can return to his true vocation: interpretive sculpture.[1]

As the freshly-woken Fortress Maximus fell under the influence of the Dark Matrix creature and took control of the space bridge network shortly afterwards, Neutro and his team probably perished. He transforms into a robot, a bomb disposal skid loader,[2][3] and an extended claw for Tailgate to wield via its 5 mm post, or mount onto the peg-hole on Tailgate's hood in vehicle mode.
- In a nod to his original toy, he has (non-functional) wheels sculpted on his tread-arms.
- This mold was redecoed into Legends Groundshaker and Timelines Shakar.
