- Biter is a Quintesson-allied Sharkticon from the Cyberverse continuity family.
Biter (also known as the Bailiff) is a large Sharkticon in charge of the Prosecutors.
Fiction

After the Quintessons had invaded Cybertron, Biter ordered the Prosecutors to round up any straggling Cybertronians. When they found Hot Rod and Clobber, the two managed to (eventually) crush Biter and the Prosecutors under debris. The Loop
Along with the Prosecutors and other Sharkticons, Biter received orders from the acting Judge to capture Hot Rod. While searching for the fugitive, Biter battled the escaped Soundwave and Dead End. After Soundwave froze and played parade music, Biter prepared to attack Hot Rod only to get knocked out by Clobber. The Bailiff was taken prisoner to Iaconus and was tortured by Soundwave before Hot Rod intervened. Despite not knowing anything, Biter was able to direct the Cybertronian resistance to the Scientist. The Prisoner
Biter was eventually released by his fellow Sharkticons during a rally held in Maccadam's bar by Lord Gnaw. However, the escaped Windblade interrupted the celebration and defeated all the Sharkticons present, starting with Biter. The End Of The Universe II
