Cultural stuff
Going forward, please don't add information about leaked toys, even if there are in-hand reviews. Wait until they're officially announced. -- Cyberlink420 (talk) 12:48, 5 November 2020 (EST)

::My bad, I noticed someone had done something with the new leak of SS Starscream (Bumblebee). So I thought Bumblebee should be there too. :::In my defense, I have just been on Instagram and realized that SS72 Starscream (Bumblebee) has since been officially announced by Hasbro. At the time I discovered the edit on the wiki and made my edits, it was only a few leaked video screenshots or something that someone had posted on some "spoiler" IG accounts I follow and I couldn't find any other proof of it being officially announced anywhere on the internet. Again, I know I'm still in the wrong and I apologize for that, but at the time I assumed it was something that the wiki still takes note of. I have since read up on the rule link you posted and it won't happen again. :)

:::(P.S. There are so many rule pages, policy pages, and template pages that I have never come across before and I stumble upon them from time to time as I do my rounds on the wiki. Some of these pages are actually really hard to find for someone new on the wiki - I didn't find out the copyright template used for images until a couple of days ago, previously I had just been going through and adding images while manually typing the catergory section beneath, I have to say its a lot easier after finding the templates and I still have to go through and edit some of my pictures to follow that format). Please don't put images next to each other in the code. This leads to visually unappealing results and they should be paced out. Two images for short fiction sections is also excessive. Saix (talk) 11:24, 10 November 2020 (EST)

Someone who is so ready to cuss out a new member just because they don't agree with them is probably not what you want to be seen to unconditionally approve of or equivocate with someone who was just here to express an alternative take to the apparent consensus. == Dylan Gould's pets ==

How many pets does Dylan Gould has? because in Dark of the Moon, when the Chicago invasion began, he mentioned dogs in plural when he ordered their transfer to the back of his apartment in Trump Tower, which means is more than one, and later when his prisioner was observing Megatron and Sentinel through a telescope, it's possible to see two dogs, but i fear that he has more than just two, and more animal species beyond just dogs as pets. If anyone knows how many he has, just type it here the answer. Thanks! --Cybertron Forever (talk) 11:30, 23 November 2020 (EST)

Do you have the real names of the dogs? Or the names of the dogs in-universe? The reason Mojo, Frankie and Bonecrusher are listed is because they have names both on-screen and are credited. If you are able to find proof of names to back up your page for Dylan's dogs, then I'd be happy to back you up. But if you can't then I'm not sure the page would be worth making. Fanofcoolstuff27 (talk) 15:43, 24 November 2020 (EST)

Well, i've been searching on the DOTM credits to find out, but it's much harder than i expected. I looked at all of them and the only dog actor that i found (besides Bonecrusher the Mastiff (which is the dog actor who played Bonecrusher)) is Finnegan the Dog, who played Desert Dog (uncredited) in the film. Now i don't know who is this "Desert Dog" in the movie, but if the Desert Dog is supposed to be one of Dylan's dogs in the film, than we already have one, if he's not, than i'll keep searching until i find. As for the second dog, i have no idea how i'm going to discover who's the dog actor who played the second Dylan's dog in the film, so i might need help to solve this. --Cybertron Forever (talk) 15:10, 27 November 2020 (EST)

Additions to Design Flaws Page
Your additions to the Design flaw page need some serious paring down since they're kind of a disorganized wall of text at the moment.  I'd suggest ditching the "Pin Joint" section entirely since you're talking about a random factory error, not a design flaw.  Pointing out that current figures are testing grounds for cost-cutting (ie spring-less ratchet joints) has serious merit, though.  I figured I'd give you a heads up instead of brutalizing it myself.MCRG (talk) 23:21, 14 October 2023 (EDT)
: I took another pass at it, and tried a different approach to the layout. I've also left it open for other people to add other examples of poorly designed joints that I can't think of off the top of my head.

:I recently discovered Dylan's dogs names in-universe (sorta). I read the DOTM movie novelization and in the page that contains the chapter where Carly is observing Megatron and Sentinel through a telescope, they're mentioned as "Watchdogs", that's not their real names, but at least it's a nickname that the novel gave to them. --Cybertron Forever (talk) 17:27, 30 November 2020 (EST)
: I should probably take some pictures of the little broken pieces I have lying around in a baggy somewhere with a comparison of the intact piece, just to help with the visual aspect, especially for the readers who have never taken a toy apart, and can't picture what I've attempted to describe. -- Fanofcoolstuff27 (talk) 07:51, 15 October 2023 (EDT)
::I'm not entirely sure that's enough evidence, you may have to contact someone else about it. I haven't actually read the novelization of any of the films, So I'm not sure I am much help with this. :It's okay, after all, i still need to know what's the nickname that the junior novelization gave to them. That is why i said sorta the last time i talked to you here. Don't worry despite what you've said to me now, you helped me very much, and i think i'm getting closer to find out. I've been backtracking through Beast Wars toyline pages and almost all of your pictures are waaaay too bright and the colors are very oversaturated compared to the actual figures. This is especially a case on any figures with yellows, greens, or tans. I'm not reverting these back since they're all more clear than what they replaced, but for future pictures, you really need to check your camera settings, stop using whatever automated tweak you might be doing in Photoshop, or whatever's happening here.MCRG (talk) 20:55, 31 March 2025 (EDT)

Dylan Gould's assistant
Well if you don't think "maid" is a great name for the elderly lady who work for Dylan Gould that appears when Sam Witwicky visited Carly Spencer in her job at Hotchkiss Gould Investments and when Dylan revealed he work for Decepticons in DOTM. Then how should we call her? Also do you know her "In universe real name" and the actress who played her in the movie? Because i want to create an article about her, but i need to know who played her in the film to create an article about her in-film role. And fast because the image that i uploaded is about to be deleted. --Cybertron Forever (talk) 17:14, 13 December 2020 (EST)
:A maid is generally someone who does cleaning, whereas the elderly lady in question appears to be an assistant of some sort. The information you're looking for is likely to be in the movie's internal documentation which, AFAIK, has never been made public, so you're looking for information which I don't believe is available to us. --abates (talk) 18:22, 13 December 2020 (EST)
::I discovered that her Brazilian voice actor is Marly Ribeiro, but of course that piece of information is not enough, since the article about Dylan's dogs was created only because they both have "in-universe" names (or in this case nicknames) and the identity of the dog actors who played them confirmed. I was originally going to call her "Dylan Gould's aide", due to the fact that she helps him the same way Charlotte Mearing's aide does, but i called her maid because the word "aide" was used for the Trump Tower's female workers in his dogs' article. So i'll call her Dylan Gould's assistant okay? As for how i'm going to save the image i uploaded from being deleted is by creating an article about her, but first, i need to find more information about her. And trust me, it's not gonna be easy racing against time, since i'll have to find something that is most likely impossible to find before time runs out. --Cybertron Forever (talk) 11:09, 14 December 2020 (EST)
:::Her name is Jennifer Williams. She was in charge of set decoration for the film, she had a part in the DVD bonus features explaining some of the behind the scenes stuff, that's how I found out. She wasn't credited for her cameo at all though, only the set decoration. As for her cameo, she seems to be his assisstant. Fanofcoolstuff27 (talk) 19:11, 14 December 2020 (EST)
::::Just thought I should update you, i've made a page for her actress herself and i'm going to create a page for the in-film role. == Project: Black Knife ==

Do you and/or Abates know something about Project: Black Knife from Revenge of the Fallen? :As far as I am aware, Project: Black Knife was only hunting down different forms of technology with high energy readings. Other than that, I don't think we have much else to go on.
