"Like, there's no way someone can own that many cars, man! It's proof!"

In the 1960s, the founding company was in charge of budgeting review and accounting for NASA. After the discovery of the Ark was made on the Moon's surface, Soundwave and Laserbeak approached Gould and offered him any amount of money he desired as long as he cooperated in shutting down any future missions to the Moon. With the aid of Soundwave, Gould became rich and was able to build an empire from his company. After Gould had passed away, his son, Dylan inherited the company and its "clients", continuing to aid the Decepticons in anything they needed his assistance in.

In 2012, Dylan used his company and his board position at Accuretta Systems to bring Sam Witwicky and Carly Spencer closer into the fold, to provide the Decepticons with a spy close to the Autobots. Dylan would later provide the Decepticons with a building to serve as the Decepticon command center in Chicago. There, the Decepticons housed the Pillars that controlled the space bridge. Dylan poached Carly to serve as his personal assistant and help him organize his car collection. According to her, fighting robots was kids' stuff compared to working for him. Rising Storm #4
