To curtail resistance against the theft of the Big Baron, the Decepticons planted a neutron bomb in Marine Tower. The Autobots discovered its location, but it was guarded by the Dinoforce. Braver went by himself to disarm it while other Autobots distracted the Breastforce, who possessed the remote, on the Big Baron. Neutron bombs appeared exclusively in the UK portion of the Marvel Comics continuity.

Megadeath used a number of neutron bombs in a attempt to purge Stanix of non-Decepticon life. Instead the bombs blasted a permanent hole in the upper atmosphere, thus inadvertently creating the Acid Wastes. The Magnificent Six!
