Part of the first wave of "Mega" class toys in the Tonka 1-2-3 Transformers toyline, Charlie Chopper is an orange and white rescue chopper with electronic phrases: push down on his cockpit windshield to make him say one of a combination of phrases, which differ in robot mode and vehicle mode.
