Nameless Things
[edit]The noname-nickname one has different text than the others "This article is about a character or concept which lacks any official name or designation." Is it intended to be used with a concept (Like spider planet) or just characters like the others? - Starfield 23:51, 15 April 2009 (EDT)
- I intended for both, but it puts the styicle in the category "Nameless characters," so probably not.
- We really need a "nameless things" category. -Derik 00:08, 16 April 2009 (EDT)
- There is a "nameless things" category (the category one level up), but there are no nifty templates that drop articles into that category. - Starfield 00:36, 16 April 2009 (EDT)
- What picture do you think is appropriate? I'll make one. -Derik 00:39, 16 April 2009 (EDT)
- I'd suggest either this or this. -- Semysane 04:11, 16 April 2009 (EDT)
- No way. It almost has to be the Giant Purple Griffin. I mean, that's the kind of ridiculous thing we use in banners anyway. Alternately, do we have any appropriate quotes we can then relate to an image? I'm thinking on some level of the bit where G1 Sparkplug can't pronounce the dinosaur names: picture is Sparkplug scratching his head, big text is "Stegawhatsis and Pteranawhosis?" Then the standard boilerplate text. Hooper_X 07:30, 16 April 2009 (EDT)
- I agree about the Giant Purple Griffin. - Starfield 11:56, 16 April 2009 (EDT)

Noname-Unconfirmed
[edit]Ironically, SG Cyclonus isn't nameless any more... --Jeysie 01:06, 7 August 2009 (EDT)
- In that case, I say we use SG Overlord. I would've suggested Breakdown, but there's still two issues of Reunification left, and he could still be named. ---Blackout- 02:05, 7 August 2009 (EDT)
- Mmm, maybe... I'd more likely go for Ruckus or Dropshot, though, as they both get offed early on in the line of fiction and they have normal-looking heads to use. --Jeysie 18:56, 7 August 2009 (EDT)

Noname-Nickname
[edit]We need a new figurehead now elfbot's become Greenlight. Personally, I'd like to see hers replaced with an image of the guy who was sent into the space bridge after Crosscut. Geewunling 02:01, 22 June 2010 (EDT)
- Some good potential in that category. Christmas Maximus? Autobot flunky? --abates 02:27, 22 June 2010 (EDT)
Nickname & Designation
[edit]Uhm, we still haven't got up to date representative images for these two banners. Could someone do something about that? Geewunling 06:09, 18 October 2010 (EDT)
- Designation now has a relevant image. Of course, this means noname and nickname now need replacement images. —Interrobang 04:40, 31 October 2011 (EDT)
Image size
