Broadwater Metal Works[1] is an abandoned steel[2] foundry located in the Pine Barrens of New Jersey, not far from Princeton University.
Its interior is large enough to allow 30'0 plus robots to do acrobatics inside while fighting each other. Handy.

[edit]Following his resurrection, Megatron presented himself to the Fallen to explain that he had allowed the AllSpark to be destroyed. The Fallen revealed that the Cube had been destroyed, while the knowledge of the AllSpark had instead been transferred to Sam Witwicky, the human who had destroyed Megatron and the cube. With Sam's mind, the Decepticons would be able to locate the Matrix of Leadership, the key needed to activate the Star Harvester which would destroy Earth's sun and form Energon. Before they could do that, Megatron would have to kill Optimus Prime, the last of the Dynasty of Primes and the only one who could defeat the Fallen. Knowing that Optimus and the Autobots would protect the boy, Megatron ordered him captured.
