[edit]Tempest appeared exclusively in the UK portion of the Marvel Comics continuity.
Pulsar and Tempest were both members of Strike Force Alpha. They saw to the defense of Iacon under Optimus Prime. He was ordered to make sure the survivors of Gamma Squad got taken to Ratchet for repairs. And There Shall Come...a Leader!
