If Armada Dropshot's unreleased toy had been released then it's most likely that a BotCon exclusive redeco of that toy would have been released as Shattered Glass Dropshot. Though if it had been released, it would probably have been released years earlier as a Generation 1 Triple Changer under a different name, rendering its cameos as "Dropshot" in the Armada comic and Shattered Glass meaningless. In that alternate timeline, Dropshot would probably resemble the unreleased Diaclone triple changer with jet and helicopter altmodes, though Butterfly Effect-style chaos theory implies that none of this is certain.
Shattered Glass Dropshot, like Armada Dropshot, is based on the unreleased Diaclone triple changer with jet and llama altmodes, with seemingly no color changes other than a red visor.

In short—there's no toy, but here's a picture of what it might have looked like. In slightly different colors.
